Can a product be returned after it has been purchased?
Yes, items that have not been used, in perfect condition, with their corresponding ticket/invoice and original packaging can be returned. We will refund the amount of the item in the same way it was paid once you send it to us. The return will have no cost.
What is the deadline to make a return?
The period for any return is 30 days from the date of delivery of the products.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Returns have no cost.
How to correctly return an item?
When you make a return request, we will send you an email with an attached label that you must print and paste along with the return invoice that we will also provide you via email.

Once the package is prepared, deliver it to the corresponding courier service. Make sure you close the package tightly before handing it to the courier or taking it to a collection point or office.
How can I make my return?
At Naulover we offer 3 different ways to make a return

  1. Return with customer account: If you have a customer account, you can request a return through your order placed in “My orders”. Once requested, you will receive an email with a return label attached, which you must print and place in the box along with the return invoice that you will also receive by mail.
  2. Email Contact: You can also contact Naulover through any of our emails, either [email protected]. We will send you the corresponding label and invoices to facilitate the return process.
  3. Telephone support: If you prefer to speak to us directly, you can call us at Naulover phone number +34 934 877 318 and one of our representatives will be happy to help you with your return request.
Return options
At Naulover, we offer 2 methods so that our customers can make returns easily and without complications.

  1. Return at collection points or post offices: You have the option of taking the package to a designated collection point or a nearby post office. Once there, you can deliver the package with the attached return label that we will provide you by email, along with the corresponding invoice. This method allows you to have full control over the returns process and ensure that the package reaches us safely and without delays.
  2. Home pickup by courier: On the other hand, we offer the convenience of home pickup by a courier. Simply request the return from the “My orders” section and a courier will pick up the package at the address you indicate. We will provide you with the return label and invoice by email, and we will take care of the rest of the process. This option allows you to save time and effort, since you do not need to travel and you can schedule the pickup according to your availability.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (unused items must be in perfect condition and have interior labels). The payment to the credit card always depends on your bank and the deadlines it establishes to proceed with the refund. If you have paid for the order by bank transfer, either when you call 93/2724257 or if you send an email to [email protected], you will have to provide your IBAN to proceed with the refund of the amount.
